叙事护理联合正念干预对晚期肿瘤患者志气缺失综合征的影响_第九期_2026_国际临床与护理

摘要：目的：探讨叙事护理联合正念干预对晚期肿瘤患者志气缺失综合征的影响。方法：90 例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为观察组与对照组各 45 例，对照组予常规护理，观察组加用叙事护理联合正念干预8 周，比较两组失志、希望、生命意义感、焦虑抑郁及生命质量评分。结果：干预 8 周，观察组失志总分低于对照组［（25.63±7.14）分比（34.87±8.42）分，P
